10 Island Paradise Themed Scuba Outfits

As you probably know, we cannot customize what our non-mermaid sims wear when scuba diving, without cheats or mods. Some of us are content with the look; others (like ME) are not. Not at all. I hate it. I hate the wetsuit, it looks hideous; and the hood makes things worse. It does not look at all like it belongs in an Island Paradise themed world. And worst of all, I HATE THAT ALL SIMS LOOK ALIKE UNDERWATER!!

So, using cheats, mods, and oh yes, custom content, I’ve created 10 scuba diving outfits, five for females and five for males, that better suit the Island Paradise theme. Let’s have a look!

Oh, one last thing, as you might’ve gathered from the picture, that’s not a scuba tank on her back. It’s a custom content backpack in the accessories tab. I know, it’s a bit of a stretch of the imagination to think of it as a scuba tank, but please bear with me. It’s the best I have right now. Thanks! Now, onto the fashion show! :P

Outfit #1: The Female Regular/Default - This is what the default scuba outfit should look like. Swimsuit + Scuba Gear. Bonus points for color coordination!

Outfit #2: The Right-Off-The-Beach - For those who are too eager to go scuba diving to even bother to take off the clothes covering up their swimsuit. It’s ok. We understand.

Outfit #3: The Female Survivalist - If you are living the Island Survivalist story and still want to go scuba diving, just throw a tank on over your grimy clothes. The seawater will clean them up a bit.

Outfit #4: The Summer Pro - You’re no stranger to scuba diving, and you need a look that lets people know that. Throw a rash guard over that bikini top; no amateur owns a rash guard!

Outfit #5: The Free-Diver - If you can hold your breath for hours at a time, why do you even need a tank?!

Outfit #6: The Male Regualr/Default - Like the female version, just your everyday swimsuit plus scuba gear. What else you need?

Outfit #7: The Adventurer - You live out of your van and don’t own any other clothes. That’s perfectly fine! I bet the water feels good seeping through the holes in your shirt.

Outfit #8: The Male Survivalist - Again like the female version, why let your life on a stranded island stop you from the joy of scuba diving? Let’s get a tank on!

Outfit #9: The Buccaneer - The Captain's ordered you to get some dive gear on and retrieve that sunken treasure, and he's not keen on waiting for you to wiggle into a wetsuit. You'll probably regret not taking off those boots, however.

Outfit #10: The Bold - For when your theme song to life is "I'm Sexy and I Know It!"
